Welcome back (in person) to an evening with the team from Harbour Rocks Hotel & De Beaurepaire Wines! It’s been almost a year since Sydney was plunged into the longest lockdown we’ve seen and now we are ready to host you all on location in The Rocks.
Come and meet the team which brought you your wine & dine virtual experiences. We’ll have Silvia Kypriotis, General Manager, who co-ordinated the whole affair from lockdown; William De Beaurepaire, who co-ordinated wine deliveries between Rylstone, Greater Sydney and also family life between the two; Leron Ben Avraham, the exemplary chef who ensured that every meal was packed, precooked and ready to go for every (virtual) guest!

Awarded the Best Wine in Australia in 2018 by Winestate Magazine, De Beaurepaire Wines is at the forefront of Australian wine production with a variety of sustainably cultivated wines. Based in Rylstone (near Mudgee in regional New South Wales), you’ll hear from winemaker William De Beaurepaire who will guide you through the wine tasting experience in a relaxed and entertaining style as he shares his expertise and insights into the featured wines from his family’s vineyard.
Throughout the evening, Will, Chef Leron and Silvia will be meeting you all in person, accompanied by some live entertainment and of course, great company.
